We provide customers with the best service possible.
If a TV is purchased from D&D TV-Electronics and should fail within the manufacturer's warranty, all you have to do is give us a call. There will be no complicated phone system to navigate. Chances are you will speak directly to the owner. From that point we will determine from the symptoms if it's a tv problem or some other equipment causing the issue.
If it' a tv problem then we will get the warranty work rolling! If we are not an authorized service center for that particular brand, we will hand deliver the unit to the nearest service center, and a loaner will be issued if available.
D&D TV's location is at a lower tax rate @ .0675 so you even save right there!
On select models we provide FREE delivery and basic hook-ups plus customer education if needed.

Why do you sell the products that you sell and not some of the other brands?
We are into quality and performance. Big Box stores often sell cheap throw away electronics that typically last 2-3 years if that.
